When you are trying to get into shape, lose some weight or just trying to live life healthily you will always come across one big problem – temptation. There are just too many good things out there which you have to simply give up. Big juicy burgers, barbequed meat, things with cheese in it, chocolate; the list just goes on and on. Next list all the healthy things that you don’t like to eat. Put these two lists together and note the calories in each food type. Next, go online and pick recipes for healthy cooking. Now you can cross check that recipe with your list and figure out what your calories consumption will be. For example, if you look up recipes for protein shakes and like the one for a Tropical Protein Pina Colada Shake, all you have to do is look up the calorie values for the ingredients from you list, add them up and figure out how much you need to burn off in that day’s work out.
